Urgent orders (4–6 weeks) incur an additional $350 fee plus 20%. Customers must verify their orders upon pickup, as claims after leaving the store are not accepted. All personalized products include BBB Sports branding unless a $1.99 per unit removal fee is paid. Color shades, design placement, and minor variations are not refundable causes. Canceled orders after payment forfeit the deposit or full amount depending on progress, and rush or add-on orders have specific surcharges and timelines.
