Custom Orders Policy

An initial deposit of 50% of the total purchase is required for all custom orders. Additionally, clients are required to provide digital art (cost not included). Should the client wish to include the logo of a registered trademark, written authorization from the licensee is mandatory. Without such authorization, the registered trademark will not be produced.

When processing a personalized order, the client confirms, reviews, authorizes, and approves all details, including lists, designs, colors, sizes, and any other relevant aspects of the order. It's crucial to acknowledge that modifications, changes, or returns will not be permitted once the order is confirmed.

No order will be delivered unless the customer provides the necessary digital art, listings for each custom item, designs, graphics, and any other requested details to BBB Sporting Goods.

The customer releases BBB Sporting Goods from any responsibility concerning errors in size, design, SKU, colors, spelling, or delivery time delays (typically 6 to 8 weeks). The customer agrees that the order will be executed as indicated in the registered documents.

For urgent custom orders (normally 4-6 weeks), an additional charge of $350 plus 20% of the total order will be applied.

Upon delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to verify the custom order and all associated details. Claims cannot be made after leaving the store because once the merchandise has been removed from our stores, the customer accepts and assumes responsibility for any subsequent events. This includes, but is not limited to, the use, damages, defects, and care of the personalized products, since some aspects related to the use of personalized products may be beyond our control once they are in the hands of the customer.

Custom orders are non-refundable as they are produced and customized exclusively for the requesting customer, team, or organization. BBB Sporting Goods is not liable for merchandise that is not verified by the customer upon delivery.

All personalized items will bear the BBB Sports brand. Should the customer wish to conceal the BBB Sports brand, they must notify us at the time of ordering, incurring an additional cost of $1.99 per unit.

The estimated delivery date may vary depending on requirements, changes, design, or incomplete documents. Therefore, the estimated delivery date does not represent a precise timeline, and the customer agrees to wait for their order, even if it is delayed due to factors beyond our control.

By processing the order, the customer acknowledges and accepts our policy. In the event of order cancellation at the customer's request, BBB Sporting Goods will retain the initial deposit and any additional payments as a production fee.

Before Custom Order

When Placing Order

  1. Customer pay deposit
    • Urgent Orders: For urgent custom orders, an additional charge will be applied.
  2. Customer send via email the details of the order, roster, artworks, logos, etc.
  3. Customer accept our entire policies
    • Non-refundable Orders: Custom orders are non-refundable.
    • Branding Customization: All personalized items will bear the BBB Sports brand unless specified otherwise by the customer, incurring an additional cost.

During Production Time

  1. Order Requirements: No order will be delivered unless the customer provides the necessary digital art and other requested details.
  2. Delivery Date: The estimated delivery date may vary depending on requirements, changes, design, or incomplete documents.

When Pickup Custom Order

  1. Verification Responsibility: Upon delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to verify the custom order and all associated details.
  2. Customer pay the balance of the order, if any.

After Leaving the Store:

  1. Claims Limitation: Claims cannot be made after leaving the store.
  2. Customer Liability: BBB Sporting Goods is not liable for merchandise that is not verified by the customer upon delivery.
  3. Limited Control: Some aspects related to the use of personalized products may be beyond the store's control once they are in the hands of the customer.
